11 DAYS TOUR TO OMO VALLEY AND LALIBELA.
Day1:
Arrive in Addis and visit the capital city of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa.
Day2:
Drive south to Arbaminch (forty springs) through the 12th century stelea field at Tya and Hossana.
Day3:
Take an excursion in the morning to Nech Sar National Park or Dorze village. Ahter that, boat trip on Lake chamo to
see the hippos and crocodile market.
Day4:
Today we drive to the Omo valley through Konso and attend the Thursday market at Keyafer.
Day5:
Day excursion to the Mago National park and the Mursi Village. In the afternoon, visit the south omo research center in Jinka.
Day6:
Drive to Turmi through the weekly (Saturday/Tuesday) market at Dimeka. In the afternoon, try to attend the “Bull-Jumping” ceremony.
Day7:
Off to Rift valley region through Erbore village and Konso.
Day8:
In the morning, attend the daily fish market on the shores of Lake Hawassa before depart to Addis Ababa through the Abijata Shalla National park where you will see the Ostriches and Flamingos.
Day9:
Morning flight to Lalibela to visit the famous rock-hewn churches of Lalibela.
Day10:
Spend full day to visit the churches in and around Lalibela.
Day11:
Flight back to Addis Ababa and evening departure back home.
