Day1:
With Great Simien Tour you’ll fly to Mekele and then we will drive you to Hamedela via Berhale. The Danakil depression is one of the most inhospitable regions of the world. In Addition to that, you’ll get to the camel caravan transporting salt bars from the salt lake and the sunset in the evening.
Day2:
Take an excursion to Dallol (116m below sea level) and it is one of the lowest places on earth. Visit colourful salt mining in Lake Assal and follow up camel caravans and walk with the wonderful Afar people for some time. After that, Drive to Hamedela and proceed to Mekele.
