A DAY EXCURSION
A one day trek takes place as follow:
We pick you up from Gondar airport and drive to Buit Ras. From here on, you will trek for some hours and seeing a troop of Geladada Baboons. Have a picnic launch and drive back to Gondar.
2 DAYS TREK:
Day1: Gondar to Snkaber
Get transferred from Gondar Airport and driven to Buit Ras. From here, you take a 3-4hrs of walking to Sankaber camp.
Overnight, Sankaber camp
Day2:Sankaber to Geech
After breakfast in the morning, you will be trekking to see the Ginbar waterfall (which is believed to be the highest in Africa). You would not expect to see it with full of water during dry season. Finally you will drive back to the campsite and keep driving to Gondar.
3 DAYS TREK
Day1: Gondar to Snnkaber

Day2: Sankaber to Geech

Overinght, Geech camp
Day3: Geech to Gondar
Trek from Geech campsite to Imetgogo where you will be rewarded a breathtaking landscape. From here, you will trek to the road and picked to Gnodar.
4 DAYS TREK
Day1: Gondar to Snkaber

Day2: Sankaber to Geech

Day3: Geech to Chenck
Trek from Geech to Chenck via Imetgogo and Inatye whose altitudes are 3927m and 4070m respectively where you will be rewarded with some of the most beautiful landscapes. From the highest peak (4070m), you will trek down for 2 hours and arrive at the camp.
Overnight, Chenck camp.
Day4: Chenck to Gondar
Trek around the camp site and spot some wildlives such Gelalda Baboons, Walia Ibex and Ethiopian wolf (if you are very lucky). Later, drive back to Gnodar.

5 DAYS TREK
Day1: Gnodar to Sankaber
Get transferred from Gondar Airport and driven to Buit Ras. From here, you take a 3-4hrs of walking to Sankaber camp.

Day2: Sankaber to Geech

Day3: Geech to Chenck
Trek from Geech to Chenck via Imetgogo and Inatye whose altitiudes are 3927m and 4070m respectively where you will be rewarded with some of the most beautiful landscapes. From the higest peak (4070m), you will trek down for 2 hours and arrive at the Chenck camp.
Overnight, Chenck camp.
Day4: Summit Bwahit Peak
Trek to Bwahit Peak, the second highest peak in Simien Mountains whose altitude is 4430m and trek back to Chenck.
Overnight, Chenck camp.
Day5: Chenck to Gondar
Trek around the camp site and spot some wildlives such Gelalda Baboons, Walia Ibex and Ethiopian wolf ( if you are very lucky). Later, drive back to Gnodar.

6 DAYS TREK

Trek around Geech to see the three viewing poits namely Imetgogo, Saha and Kedadit and trek back the camp for overnight.

Trek from Gecch to Chenck via Imetgogo and Inatye whose altitiudes are 3927m and 4070m respectively where you will be rewarded with some of the most beautiful landscapes. From the higest peak (4070m), you will trek down for 2 hours and arrive at the camp.
Overnight, Chenck camp.
Day5: Summit Bwahit peak.
Trek to Bwahit Peak, the second highest peak in Simien Mountains whose altitude is 4430m and trek back to Chenck.

Day4: Chenck to Sona.
Trek to Sona via Bwahit peak. From the summit, you will descend to Sona camp which the last campsite in the highland parts of the park. The trek would take 7-8hrs.

Day5: Sona to Mekarebia.
On this day, you will descend to Mekarebia camp as you are leaving Sona behind. You will experience change temperature and vegetation. it is situated at 2070m.
Overnight, Mekarebia
Day6: Mekarebia to Mulit.
Trek from Mekarebia to Mulit where the campsite is situated in the very open air. It is situated at 2110m. Overnight, Mulit camp
Day7: Mulit to Adiarkay.
a shot trek to Adiarkay leaves you with wonderful scenery and you will be in Adiarky in about 2 hours hike and meet the car either to go to Gondar or transfer to Axum.

10 DAYS TREK
Day1: Gondar to Sankaber
Get transferred from Gondar Airport and driven to Buit Ras. From here, you take a 3-4hrs of walking to Sankaber camp.

Day2: Trek Sankaber to Geech
After breakfast in the morning, you will be trekking to see the Ginbar waterfall (which is believed to be the highest waterfall in Africa). You would not expect to see it with full of water during dry season. You will keep hiking to Geech village via Ginbar River.

Day3: Trek in and around Geech
On this day, you will take an easy day to acclimatize and to see the beautiful viewing points of Geech and its surrounding such as Imet gogo, Saha and Kedadit viewpoints

Day4: Geech to Chenck.
Trek from Gecch to Chenck via Imetgogo and Inatye whose altitudes are 3927m and 4070m respectively where you will be rewarded with some of the most beautiful views when you trek along the escarpment. From the highest peak (4070m), you will trek down for 2 hours and arrive at the camp.
Overnight, Chenck camp
Day5: Chenck to Abmiko
On this day, you will trek to Ambiko (the base camp to Ras Dejen) via Bwiahit peak, Cheroleba village and Meshaha River.
Overnight, Ambiko camp
Day6: Summit Mount Ras Dejen
Early in the morning, you will climb Ras Dejen, the highest mountains in Ethiopia. Early afternoon, you will trek back to Ambiko camp.
Overnight, Ambiko camp.
Day7: Ambiko to Sona
The trek to sona is very interesting- you will trek through different villages and interesting landscapes.
Overnight, Sona camp.
Day8: Sona to Mekarebia
On this day, you will descend to Mekarebia camp as you are leaving Sona behind. You will experience change temperature and vegetation. it is situated at 2070m.
Overnight, Mekarebia
Day9: Mekarebia to Mulit
Trek from Mekarebia to Mulit where the campsite is situated in the very open air. It is situated at 2110m. Overnight, Mulit camp
Day10: Mulit to Adirakay
A shot trek to Adiarkay leaves you with wonderful scenery and you will be in Adiarky in about 2 hours hike and meet the car either to go to Gondar or transfer to Axum.
